I have worked in call centers here in Germany and also in the Philippines for many clients whose missions were focused on customer support, Virtual Assistance and Help Desk. Regarding my expertise in customer service industry, I filled the role of a Virtual Assistant/Customer support agent for Online Stores by being involved in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Intercom and Zendesk.
