I'm looking for a tallented and creative person to hellp me convert a Barn into a house. The barn has not been built yet, but it would be soon. I'm planning ahead for the day when I'll convert the barn into a house for I want to put the fundations in the right place. The house will have a full underground basement and you must stick to the exact dimensions on the plans enclosed. The left and right elevations would be swapped around and slightly changed. I dont need technical specs just what the property could look like. I need drawings and 3D images/plans. Please state your qualifications and why I should accept your bid.
