Strategic Management (Business Policy Strategy - Case Study Analysis)

Business policy is the capstone, integrative course for graduating Executive business administration students. This is an exciting, challenging course that focuses on how firms formulate, implement, and evaluate strategies. Strategic-management concepts and techniques are studied. Students use all the knowledge acquired from prior business courses, coupled with new strategic-management techniques learned, to chart the future direction of different organizations. The major responsibility of students in this course is to make objective strategic decisions and to justify them through oral and written communication. There is a full case study on International US Based ice cream manufacturing company that need to be strategically analyzed on it FY1999 position. All related guiding material, content, book, handout and base report structure will be provided. this involves preparing certain MATRIX like TOWS, BCG, IE , SPACE, CPM, QSPM . There will also be a two-pager for financial ratio analysis from the case study that needs to be analyzed within the case study to make meaningful recommendations and future strategies based on the strategies matrix stated above. Also, a two-pager for critique on the company's vision and mission statement is needed. Full reference material/book, reference handouts will be provided. To be completed in maximum within 3 days. 10th April 2021. Two days for project owner review and feedback if anything needs to be updated. All support and related material will be provided to guide in the right direction. Since time is limited so it should be executed in right direction from the beginning to complete report accurately.
