SDRs are the driving force behind our market expansion. You’ll strategically prospect & engage with potential customers to create new sales opportunities for our sales team. In the role, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship, with an emphasis on strategic selling methodology. This position is a great way for individuals to gain in-depth sales experience in a rapidly growing digital company. About the role: • Creating interest and demand through cold emailing, social media and phone calls • Creating pipeline and prioritizing potential prospects. • Educating publishers on inhouse technologies and how it fits their needs & goals • Setting pres-sales meetings after qualifying the leads. • Work closely with Account Executives to improve deal flow and grow pipeline • Contributing to ongoing development in various functions marketing, support, partnerships and more About you: • Self-starter who is naturally curious and excited to learn • Analytical problem solver • Not afraid to aim high and raise the bar • Open & honest communicator • Thrives off of routine • Stoked about having an impact on a growing, fast-paced company! Hey there, I’m Rumaisa, I’ve 2+ years of experience in sales. Previously, I was Sales and Marketing executive for a UK and Switzerland based magazine. My tasks there were: • Directed recruitment /training/ staff development initiative to maximize productivity and revenue potential through development or sales team • Meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs and present appropriate solutions. Resolving unique customer issues and managing tough situations gracefully. • Managed a team of 6 people, from training them to doing marketing campaigns with them. • Promote a positive work environment to ensure customer satisfaction. • Attending weekly operations meetings. • Entering data of leads/clients, tasks, and meeting notes on CRM (Zoho) to have a well-organized and updated system. Besides this I’ve worked as a Sales Executive and worked closely with the account manager. I’m alway eager and passionate to learn and maintain consistency in my effort.
