I have experience working on ebay, happy to do Customer Service and other business assistance jobs.
I am proficient in English, Chinese and Polish, both written and spoken, experienced and skillful in providing any customer services and business assistance : English-Chinese, Polish-Chinese translation/interpretation, research, contacting clients , suppliers and factories , team management and coordination, data entry, emailing , calling, booking , Product /Copy writing and anything goes. In 2012 I worked for a Canadian English online school, doing customer service jobs. My role was to contacting the students, arrange for them time for interview and courses, sending them learning materials and discussing with the students. Last year I worked for a Uk businessman who is living in Beijing now with his air purifier business. My job includes research on prices and information of the products, phone contacting suppliers, negotiating and arrange booking.

First time I hire someone in Odesk and I am very satisfied. She had to phone a difficult supplier in China and did awesome work managing to renew communication with him. I will hire her for my other suppliers.
