I am a young professional that is looking to unpack some of my burdens and grow spiritually. A prior background in mental health counseling/thought work is of course nice to have but more than anything I am looking for someone warm, empathetic, and who I can work with in order to grow and be the best person/partner I can be! I am interested in exploring some of the fundamental principals of Buddhism and mindfulness. I might be looking for near daily sessions at first because I'm really motivated to let go of some beliefs.
