Need a way for making private payments

Actually I need an advice from those who have experience with private payment methods online. IDEA: I need an ewallet or etc. to hold money (or atleast be able to transfer online) in some way, by which I would not need to worry about "Automatic information exchange" by the service provider... I want to keep my privacy, but it does not have to be anonymous account (not necessarily). My main currencies are EUR and GBP for the transactions. Sometime I just want to put some cash on my bank account in UK, or to transfer cash to my mastercard... The thing is that I am not in UK at the moment and not sure when I will be back. So the big question: How can I deposit cash to some bank account or mastercard or any kind of emoney account with idea of keeping my privacy (no automatic information exchange)? I understand that I will need to open some ewallet account or so, that is not a problem at all. I am in Europe for now... I need the easiest and cheapest way to deposit cash with keeping my privacy. I am aware of payeer, payoneer, netteler and leupay... want to keep the best solution.
