Convenience Store Design for a chain of stores

I am looking for talented and experienced individuals / companies in design and visual merchandising in retail to work on design and branding of a chain of retail convenience store. The stores will be with and without gas station. Store will also be designed as one with and without drive through. The store size will be typically 1500 to 3000 square ft. Your work product will be used to- • Get local permits and approvals • provide construction direction to our contractor (We can take referrals from you also, if you are US based) • attract new owner/operators of convenience stores to join our chain to increase their visibility and growth • define our brand identity • Used to construct new stores in future without any change • It should be able to adjust to floor area variation from 1500 to 3000 sq ft Deliverables • Construction-ready interior floor plan drawings and full layout • Realistic 3D Renderings for interior highlighting all elements of interior design including floors, ceilings, lighting furniture, displays, finishes, typical US convenience store equipment etc. •Approx. cost of construction (not including equipment) • Realistic 3D renderings for exterior showing signage, view from road/street etc. I might be missing something as I am not expert in convenience store design.
