Aceasta aplicatie doresc ca atunci cand telefonul atinge un anumit procentaj de incarcare al bateriei(exemplu 100%) sa intrerupa alimentarea incarcatorului, iar cand acest procentaj scade sub un anumit nivel( exemplu 25%) sa reia incarcarea, adica la anumite procentaje ale bateriei sa inchida si sa deschida un circuit(releu).
