A simple plugin that adds to “Administration” —> “Roles and Permissions” —> ”some_role_settings” the ability to disable access to view issue comments. 2. This should work as follows: in the plugin settings you can create such rules «If issue is tagged / not tagged with tag «ABCD» and the user is assigned the role / not assigned the role "Designers», then access to the issue is denied». A similar mechanism is used in the "File Access Control" plugin in Nextcloud.

We are currently using redmine 3.2.1 and would like to move up to the new version 4.0. We are looking for someone to help us migrate this for us as we have too much other stuff to work on (there is not much data as we just started using it). There are scripts in other containers such as Gerrit for code review and data store, and a loadbuild server. (redmine is in its own container). We use LXD for container management.
