Im looking for someone to build a app that we can have user download from our website. The enter the fax number and a another field of letters and numbers and it puts it in a form and automatically faxes it when the user press submit. So it will be a form saved in the admin portal of the app, and the user will only enter 2 fills and the fax number and it sends. we will also like a way to have a fax confirmation sent to the user whether through email or through the app we would prefer through the app.
