Also once the same is installed we have FreePBX for calling working on a Virtual Machine in the same server we want to install SugarCRM integrated with FreePBX so we can have all notifications of calls made or received via SugarCRM
I need you setup a freepbx with plivo sip trunk, outbound and inbound. Create 3 extensions, IVR with welcome message (2 languages) and main menu (2 languages) to a queue for that 3 extensions. The wav files are already created. Music on hold and position and waiting time information. Make that extensions can call by using the plivo trunk and receive calls from same trunk. Check the freepbx that all is working correctly.

I have a FreePbx which is used for 30 extensions with simple voip phones. Most of these extensions are forwarded to a cellphone. I use a Grandstream Gateway (GXW4104) for 3 PSTN lines. The Gateway is accessible but for some reason it stopped working for 1 week now. I tried different things but it's not dialing out. I added temporarly a SIP trunk so the systems continues to work. I need to get this Gateway working again. I can provide a Team Viewer access to a computer on the network and which has access to the PBX and the Gateway. SO, we need someone to re-prgram it using the JAVA code that we have by the Pi4J project please.

Hello are you available to login to my PC via Teamviewer to troubleshoot incoming and outgoing calls. OUTGOING: I can't dial out from my extension. INCOMING; When I call the DID I can hear the outside caller but the outside caller can't hear me. But the outside caller can hear my music on hold so FreePBX is sending out music on hold but not sending out the extensions audio.

If I set my incoming DID to the queue and ring the DID the queue answers it works. But if I direct the DID to the extension it doesn't work. I also can't dial out from the phone.

To fix problems that appeared after upgrading the software and adding SSL Certificate. Profound knowledge of Apache, WebRTC, Asterisk, FreePBX, Ubuntu 17.10 / 18.04 and SSL Certificates with letsencrypt is required. Must be able to work on our system with Teamviewer.

Hi, You previously worked on my FreePBX system. I would like to do a few things and could use some help. - Want to setup an extension that sends the calls to a SIP URL. I know this can be done in Asterisk but not sure how to do it in FreePBX - Perhaps it is time to upgrade my version, I am very behind. Largely things are working though. I am running 2.10.1.1 - I seem to have the occasional high CPU issue, a restart of asterisk solves this but I think I miss calls when this happens. - I seem to get a lot of incoming SIP connections from unknown peers. I suspect this may be related to the unknown peers.
